As a Canadian in #Alberta, this video about #NewZealand and #Australia hits home in terms of different parts/provinces of #Canada with equalization, in the context of being so dependent and integrated with the US, but also with progressive personal taxation.

I am in favour of #equalization. Here I find hearing about it in terms of a remote situation where I have no preference puts it in a more stark and compelling perspective.
