Gregg Phillips, an election denier who co-produced rightwing propaganda "documentary" "2000 Mules," has been appointed Administrator of FEMA’s Office of Response and Recovery (ORR), according to Marisa Kabas of The Handbasket. Phillips has no experience in disaster management, but in his new position, will be responsible for enabling functions like search and rescue, debris removal and "everything that gets a community back up and running again," a FEMA staffer told Kabas.
